Before founding LB3 in 2010, and before filling my home with laughter and noise (i.e., children), I was just as immersed in the corporate world as the next man. For 17 years I worked as an engineer: designing and manufacturing technology – and then training people to use it properly. I also volunteered as a computer instructor, teaching senior citizens to use technology in an environment that supported their pace and their preference to be with their peers.
After years of building experience in teaching others how to use technology, I know that the secret to success is in the listening. My passion for teaching people to find their “inner techie” has become the driving force behind starting LB3.
